What is bus topology? List its disadvantages.

 The topology in which all nodes are connected to a common cable i.e trunk or cable in the linear format is called bus topology. Its disadvantages are as follows :

• It is difficult to find faults in the topology
• Terminators are required at both ends of the main cable
