First Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM First Semester course includes English, Principles of Management, Food Production & Patisserie I, Food and Beverage Service I, and Housekeeping Operation.

Second Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Second Semester course includes Food Production and Patisserie – II, Food Production and Patisserie – II, House Keeping Management, Hotel Accounting, and Business Communication.

Third Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Third Semester course includes Food Science and Nutrition, Cost and Management Accountancy, Food Production and Patisserie III, Food and Beverage Service Operations III, and Front office operations.

Fourth Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Fourth Semester course includes Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Food Production Management, Food and Beverage Management, and Front Office Management.

Fifth Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Fifth Semester course includes Hospitality Marketing and Sales ,Statistics, Economics, Fundamental of Tourism, Facility Planning and Management, and Management Information Systems.

Sixth Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Sixth Semester course includes Industrial Exposure. The Tribhuvan University Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) curriculum has been created to train students for entry-level supervisory positions in the hotel and catering sectors of the hospitality sector.

Seventh Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Seventh Semester course includes Industrial Exposure, Project Work, and Internship Report.

Eighth Semester

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Eighth Semester course includes Legal Environment for Hospitality, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship for Hospitality, and Nepalese Society and Politics.
