The different transmission modes are as follows:
- Simplex Mode
It is the simplest mode of data communication where the transmission of data takes place in one only direction. Examples: Radio, television, etc.
- Half - Duplex mode
It is a type of data communication in which information is shared in both directions but in one direction at a time. Example: walkie talkie
- Full Duplex Mode
It is a type of data communication mode in which the transmission of data can take place in both directions at the same time. Example: mobile phone, Computer, etc.
