The differences between HUB and switch are as follows:  
HUB SWITCH
HUB does not provide security or identification of Connected devices. The switch provides security or identification of Connected waves.
 It is cheaper It is expensive.
 It transmits data pack packets to all the devices on the network. It doesn't transmit data packets to all devices on the network
