Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) is a 4 year program spreading over 8 semesters under Tribhuvan University. This course covers the fundamental of Hotel, Food and Beverage production, Hospitality, Office and Housekeeping along with familiarizing the students with the multi-dimension of hospitality industry.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM First Semester course includes English, Principles of Management, Food Production & Patisserie I, Food and Beverage Service I, and Housekeeping Operation.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Second Semester course includes Food Production and Patisserie – II, Food Production and Patisserie – II, House Keeping Management, Hotel Accounting, and Business Communication.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Third Semester course includes Food Science and Nutrition, Cost and Management Accountancy, Food Production and Patisserie III, Food and Beverage Service Operations III, and Front office operations.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Fourth Semester course includes Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Food Production Management, Food and Beverage Management, and Front Office Management.
The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Fifth Semester course includes Hospitality Marketing and Sales ,Statistics, Economics, Fundamental of Tourism, Facility Planning and Management, and Management Information Systems.

The Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Eighth Semester course includes Legal Environment for Hospitality, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship for Hospitality, and Nepalese Society and Politics.
